Over-the-Counter Invoicing

Use the Over-the-Counter invoicing option to record sales for parts, freight, mileage, equipment, etc.  Labor can be recorded through this option, but it will not be used in the mechanic's productivity report.  In order to show the difference between actual labor vs. billable labor, the work order invoice program must be used.

You can do this from either of these locations:

Select Equipment Dealer System Menu>>Over-the-Counter Invoicing

Select Customer Manager Menu>>Processing>>Over-the-Counter Invoicing

Enter an Invoice Header

Enter Invoice Transactions

Parts Inquiry

Print an Invoice

Post an Invoice

Void an Invoice

Credit Memos

Quote Options

View or Print Accounts Receivable History

Sell a Part not in Inventory

Change the Pricing Method
