Viewing Accounts Receivable History

Every action that affects a customer's balance generates a history transaction record. These history records may be viewed in several places, including all Point-of-Sale programs (Over-the-Counter, Service Shop Work Orders, and Rental Contracts) and the Customer Master File option in Accounts Receivable.

The list of Accounts Receivable history transactions generated by each method will include information such as the customer number, source journal, reference number, and dollar amount. The pop-up may include other customers, so make sure that the transactions match the same customer account number that you want to view.
