The CCN Web interface with Basic Software Systems’ business management software provides dealers with numerous dealer parts functions including providing parts availability by CNH depot information, parts locator, submitting parts orders and returns, dealer order status information such as PSO inquiry and Priced PSO inquiry, backorder inquiries and cancel and part substitution and kit components information.
