Flat Rate Codes

Enter a unique alphanumeric identification for each code.  Press F2 to list created codes.

Make is not required. You can look up make/models by pressing or clicking on F3 by make, or F4 to lookup makes.  You can also look up the flat rate code by F2 in the make field.

Model is not required. You can look up make/models by pressing or clicking on F3 by model/make,   You can also look up the flat rate code by F2 in the model field.

Enter the number of hours that is internally expensed for this job or that will be shown as internal for a mechanic on the Mechanic's Productivity Report.

Enter the number of hours that will be paid by a warranty supplier for this job or that will be shown as billable warranty for a mechanic on the Mechanic's Productivity Report.

This field is optional.  You can enter a rate code to use as the flat rate $ amount instead of entering a flat rate $ amount.

If a rate code is entered the rate $'s from the rate code will be displayed to you.

Enter the flat dollar amount to be billed to the work order if the rate code is left blank.  If the rate code is used the flat rate $ amount is billable hours X rate code $.

Enter a brief description of the job for which this type of flat rate is used. There are 6 lines with a length of 50 characters.
